Gold leaf on wooden frame

This rectangular wooden frame was hand-painted in matte blue and enriched with gold leaf decoration around the edges. One elaborate element is painted on each corner. The central frame is entirely covered in gold leaf. Anna Campagnari works with local framers in Venise.
