Su ballu tundu

In the typical Sardinian folk dance called ballu tundu, men and women dance in a circle wearing traditional costumes. This wall panel was made by Elena Mulas with the a littos technique to represent the ideals of unity, fraternity and joy. It was selected for the event 150 Mani-Collezione Italiana held in Turin to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy.
