MAGNETICA 2 ring

This ring is part of the Magnetica series, where the use of micro-magnets forces the suspended shapes into constant attraction, creating ever-lasting potential contacts. The shapes are condemned to a constantly promised and denied reunion. Here the magnetic poles in attraction suspend two caps anchored to the ring by means of links. Two cylinders housing coloured stones are wedged into the burnished, organic shape of the stem. The chromatic difference distinguishes the various parts of the ring.
