Pollen VIII

This Corian sculpture is one of ten from Tomáš's Pollen series, which was based on pollen grains observed under a microscope. Different materials were used for the collection in order to recreate this hidden world, making each grain unique. Corian is a synthetic stone whose properties and solidity allow Tomáš to create hollow objects and fine self-supporting structures.
