Somewhere in Alentejo

It took Vasco Oliveira around five days to create this wall hanging. The design for the cotton thread wall hanging, part of Vasco's Textile Landscapes Series, was inspired by the beautiful landscape seen in Alentejo in Southern Portugal, with its sometimes arid, sometimes dried green fields and blueish late summer skies.
