These hemisphere shaped bowls are slip cast in pastel fine bone china in layers and fired at 1280 degrees Celsius. To reveal the hidden layers of the material and alter the topography of the surface, Manos used a diamond for polishing. Each bowl from the Amoeba Series is unique.
