Year of the Dragon
Before turning into a butterfly, an insect cocoon resembles a dragon. The colours and shapes of this enamel plaque by Marytė Dominaitė distantly reminds the viewer of Chinese fabric patterns, creating a festive atmosphere. The piece is made of iron, hot enamel, pencil and plastic.
