Outdoor knife

A classic outdoor knife with a simple and clear design. The blade is made by stock removal out of Japanese white paper steel. The curvy line in the middle of the blade (the Hamon), is the result of a differential hardening process; making the spine of the knife much softer and more flexible than the harder edge.
