Eternal Garden

The gilt leather panel technique used by Jose Carlos is known as the Guadamecí Umayyad technique, it dates from the 10th century. Made on silver, golden, polychrome and ferreted sheepskin, this created ornamentation gives visual form to the description of the Eternal Garden, where water and earth converge.
