Sphere of pebbles from Argent Double

This stone sculpture features a sphere of pebbles collected from the Argent Double river, in the north of Carcassonne, in the Black Mountains. Coming in different sizes, these spheres have a magical side because they have no structure; the stones are in contact and are assembled by Denis Augé's patented cement as well as a steel shaft inserted in the stone, which gives them great resistance. You can climb or sit on them.
