Orca bench

Made from solid peroba do campo wood, Guilherme was inspired by nautical forms to to create this bench in 2019. Its name references a barge from which the wood was salvaged. The gently curved seat is designed for comfort, while the broad base gives it a sense of stability. Made using traditional joinery and wood turning techniques, the piece highlights the natural beauty of the wood’s grain and tone.
