Bench: Antique White Lace Patterning

This bench by Yukiko Nagai was created using traditional Ravenna mosaic techniques, combining marble, Venetian glass smalti, and ceramics on an original antique bench from Tuscany. Evoking the appearance of lace, the mosaic lends a fabric-like softness to the bench’s solid form.
