This sculpture by Marion Bui was crafted from willow, using a Neolithic plaiting technique. The form emerged intuitively through the process rather than from a predetermined design. Made following the artist's ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat, the work celebrates patience and the flow of repetitive making.
