Flower Frolicking

This mosaic by Sarah Pryke was entirely crafted from glass. This included stained glass, hand-rolled glass, glass fragments melted in the kiln and small pieces of Venetian glass manipulated over a flame torch. Inspired by the vitality of South Africa’s biodiversity, the work celebrates the region’s indigenous flora and birdlife.
