Using watercolour, gouache, coloured pencil and oil pastels, Felicita Sala depicts a bored crowd waiting for a red double-decker bus. The bus’ destination is a place where boredom does not exist. Its bright red color contrasts meaningfully with the dull colours of the crowd.
