These vessels by Nobuhito Nishigawara were hand built, glazed and adorned with stones. The pieces underwent several firings at different temperatures. Exploring the Japanese concept of Ma, a space between, a charged emptiness, the pieces embrace ambiguity and duality, themes that mirror the artist’s multifaceted identity.
