Mushroom chair no.1

This piece is an easy chair with a low seating height, built with Keun Ho Peter Park’s unique segmented carving technique. Made of cherry wood with a warm sienna tone that darkens over time, it is paired with white milk paint for an earthy, stone-like surface. The form is inspired by a mushroom with a thin, continuous and organic curved surface.
