Tambourine of Iemanjá
This decorative relief in royal blue and gold is a porcelain bead tapestry. The seed-shaped porcelain beads are modelled one by one by hand, fired at 1255°C in the electric kiln, and assembled in layers on a metal canvas using a thread. They are tightened together to create a dense and rich relief. The frame is made of fabric strips, folded and tightly assembled with steel pins.
