©Mira DavidaSynthesis triptych
Synthesis is a triptych that includes three inseparable pieces made of crystal glass. It was inspired by the heritage and culture of glassmaking in the Czech Republic, where Mira Davida spent an exchange semester during her studies. Her idea is to pay homage both to glass as a raw material and to Czech designers of the 1970s. As a tribute to this period, Synthesis plays with shapes, forms and styles of cast glass.
