Standing on a blackened wooden base and covered by a glass box, this sculpture features a delicate composition of golden plants. It is composed of 12 common bentgrasses (Agrostis capillaris), one sprig of Amur grass (Eragrostis trichodes) and 19 poppy capsules (Papaver rhoeas). Each one was picked from the wild and meticulously gilded with the traditional gold leaf technique.
