This is a hand-woven rug or wall hanging, made with indigo dyed luxury weft yarns including wool, mohair, alpaca, hemp, silk, banana fibre and ramie with a linen warp. The piece was made using a weft-faced double weave with the Collingwood shaft switching technique.
