Nervous tissue
Like most of Rinalda Bonazza’s works, this piece is based on the photographic image of a biological tissue as seen under the lens of a microscope. The nervous tissue is recreated with bobbin lace and knot weaving using hand-spun hemp dyed with natural pigments.
