La Glace, Alain Ducasse

Here is the counter at La Glace, the Alain Ducasse ice cream parlour in Paris. Commissioned by the Paris-based design firm Jouin Manku, it evokes the taste of pink grapefruit in a colourful decor. The counter is made of enamelled steel.
