This green hued glass sculpture was mould melted and polished to varying extents, creating various surface textures. Ivan Mareš is fascinated by nature and the structural logic of the natural world, in which each part has their function and is logically included among others. He finds in nature a contrast to our overly technical and sometimes cold world. Similarly, he believes that a finished sculpture should not be cold but a viable organism with a soul, colour and name.
