©Geir NustadWave – looking through the hole
At first glance, it's easy to believe that this giant glass egg is made of finely turned wood. It is part of Geir's Wave series, in which he aims to push the artistic and technical limits of glass. Much of his inspiration comes from the raw nature and darkness of the northern part of his native Norway, its contrasts and extremes.
