Dimitri was born in the Perm region (Ural Mountains) of Russia, a landscape filled with ice caves. Long ago, the local shamans lived in the nearby Kungur cave, now a tourist attraction. His early memories of these places were the inspiration for this mask made of recycled accessories, the blue and white evoking the colours of ice.
