Bivalvia chair
The Bivalvia chair is inspired by the natural design of a seashell. A seashell consists of two parts, connected by a tendon. Regardless of the size of the tendon, the strength and structure of the shell is extremely strong and resistant. Jan drew inspiration from shell tendons recreating them using aluminium.
