Dueodde VII.

Dueodde VII. is a combination of two different composites of gypsum, dyed with ink. The sand carving process eroded the top layer to create a contrast between the clear form and the imperfect surface. The piece is reflecting upon the Japanese aesthetic of ‘Wabi-sabi' and leaves space to appreciate the narrative of the material itself.
