Weft & Warp

This buffet is handcrafted from Piedemontese walnut planted by the grandfather of the client who commissioned it. The idea was to think of the wood as a fabric, that envelops the eyes and the memory of those who will look at it every day, an embroidery where the responsibility was to bring out the grain strokes and make them reverberations of beauty.
