This table knife, made of synthetic resin and Nitro B, a type of stainless steel used for kichen knives, is created especially for the restaurant Villa d'Amelia, and in particular for the chef Damiano Nigro, who has a Michelin star. The restaurant is based in Benevello, a small village in Piedmont.
