This is a ring made with the lost wax technique that carries a great deal of symbolism. It is an incense box ring used in the Havdalah ceremony at the end of the Shabbat to separate it from the other days of the week, recalling the blessing over light and a cup of wine. It is part of the Odorarium collection.
