Bab-shaped frame
The shape of this frame is very traditional of Moroccan objects as it represents a 'bab', a door like the 16 doors of the old rampart around the medina allowing access to the city. Frames like this are usually made to harbour a mirror. The patterns were hand painted by Khalid El Krboubi.
