Learn the basics of weaving

Visit the workshop of weaver Joanna Louca and discover the techniques she uses. In a beautiful environment surrounded by looms, tools and yarns, each individual will get the chance to explore weaving on a domestick hand loom. Participants will get to know some basic weaving techniques, discover various types of yarns and learn the process of setting up the loom, spinning, spooling and weaving. Finally, each participant will weave their own design and create a woven piece in their chosen size, colours and yarns.
