All about an ancient craft

Ioana Streza and Alex Burlacu invite you to discover the story of their jewellery brand, Contemporia, through a visit to their studio. Find out more about their creation process, from their tools and techniques, which resemble those of a silversmith from the Middle Ages, to the materials and the different stages of jewellery making. The pair will demonstrate how contemporary jewellery design comes to life through manual techniques that are thousands of years old, and show visitors how to make a basic silver ring.
