A journey of colours

The background of Eva Escamilla’s store located inside the Estación del Norte in Valencia is a feast of colour and patterns, witnessing it first hand is a wonderful experience on its own. She offers the opportunity to approach silk painting, in what she has named “Experiencia Seda” (silk experience). During a two hour workshop, participants are encouraged to become silk artisans, they will be guided by Eva in all the different steps of the process, painting a 55cm square scarf that they will be able to take home. Tea is served and stories of the history of Valencia and its silk route are told. No previous experiences is necessary.
