Engineering light and movement in glass

The Goodman Studio is a modern glass design and fabrication studio based in Toronto, Canada. Jeff Goodman founded the studio in 1989 as a space where designers, artists and architects could explore the potential of glass. Today, led by creative and executive director Sylvia Lee, head glassblower Brad Turner, and a dedicated team of glass artisans, the studio produces handmade installations, lighting, vessels and architectural glass for luxury projects worldwide.

Among The Goodman Studio's most significant projects is Temple Glass, a custom glass building system developed for the Bahá’í Temple of South America in Santiago, Chile. Over the course of 12 years, the atelier engineered a translucent white glass that filters natural light while withstanding seismic activity and extreme Andean weather conditions. The studio is a leader in the research and development of groundbreaking handmade architectural glass products, and a creative resource for brands, art collectors and the architectural industry.
