Pope Piave

This coffee table, a part of the Pope series, is characterised by an interpenetration of cylindrical forms. The rough, natural grace of the vertical rusted steel surfaces is in tension with the finely polished horizontal surfaces made of terrazzo. The terrazzo itself is crafted from Murano glass in combination with pebbles from an island in the Adria.
