A Vida Portuguesa
Joaquim and Dulce Neves founded Banema Studio and Lab in 2016. A project whose aim is to be a multidisciplinary laboratory, a place for sharing ideas, a shop to spend time and discover work by designers, craftspeople and products from different origins. Workshops, exhibitions, concerts, talks and events are an integral part of the programme of this space, curated with O Apartamento in close partnership with Galeria Fernando Santos. Portuguese works by Vasco Águas (aka Barbudo Aborrecido), Maria Pratas, Ricardo Jerónimo (Rival), Margarida Patarra (Círculo Ceramics), Eneida TavaresVitor Agostinho, Samuel Reis, Bisarro and Mónica Santos can be found there.
