Italian film director and producer, Luca Guadagnino, is the creative mastermind behind critically acclaimed films such as The Protagonists (1999), I Am Love (2009), Call Me By Your Name (2017), Suspiria (2018) and most recently Bones and All (2022).
Over the span of his career, he has received numerous accolades, including a Silver Lion, alongside nominations for an Academy Award and three BAFTA Awards.
In 2017, he set up studiolucaguadagnino, an esteemed interior architecture practice. Guadagnino follows a collaborative approach to designing spaces and creating sets, working hand-in-hand with artisans and heritage manufacturers to create custom-made pieces.
He finds enjoyment in details, striving to create spaces which invite an interaction between the people living in them and the spaces themselves. Every creative project he undertakes is material-led and plays with human senses through texture and visual aesthetics.
