A maker and dealer of lavishly intricate boiserie, Féau & Cie specialises in exceptional carved woodwork and parquet floors and has supplied architects, designers, and museums since 1875. Respecting traditional standards of quality and precision, be it sculpting wood and plaster, painting or gilding, they are able to reinterpret iconic pieces such as Ruhlmann’s décor and bring a modern yet sophisticated touch to more classical interiors.
Featuring documents, drawings, and plaster models, its archive of 25,000 pieces also holds panels and antique boiserie rooms, including the complete paneling of more than 200 antique rooms by Napoleonic architects Charles Percier and Pierre François Léonard Fontaine. Féau & Cie has always collaborated with the greatest architects and decorators on original projects. Today, Michael S. Smith and Robert Couturier, among others, regularly call on them for elaborate projects.
